A classic blend of frantoio olives create a herb and pepper scent with a pleasant bitter and spicy finish. The olives used were grown in Vernalis, in the San Joaquin Valley.

Fat Gold was established in 2017 by Kathryn Tomajan and Robin Sloan. For several years they farmed their own small grove in the Bay Area, eventually collaborating with other growers to source some of California's best most interesting olives and milling them with care.
