This beautiful sea salt has been hand harvested from the same lagoon in the Pacific Ocean by a co-op of families for over 100 years.

Salt beds are hand raked with brooms, scooped into wheelbarrows with shovels, and laid out to dry naturally in the sun. The Los Salineros harvest this salt with a respect for tradition and the many generations who came before them.

Uses: Break apart by hand to form granules, or leave whole as a finishing salt
