For MOIRÉ's Sister Crop M!lk Chocolate series, they looked toward the future by incorporating sustainably grown plants with meticulously sourced cocoa beans from the same country of origin. In this bar, they celebrate the rich farming history of Chiapas, Mexico, by substituting heirloom Tuxpeño corn in place of the animal products traditionally used in milk chocolate.
