Applied Sensory Certified, small batch, Extra Virgin Olive Oil made mostly with hand harvested original California estate grown olives. BLOCK X has over ten varieties, some rare ones and some original California ones like Manzanillo, Mission, and Sevillano.

This unique extra virgin olive oil is a blend of mostly manzanillo olives as well as some nocellara and frantoio, hence 'super', for just the right blend of fruit notes and more intense robustness.

Tasting Notes: Grass Green, Almond, Floral Tomato Leaf, Medium to robust pungency and astringency.

Olivaia is a small batch producer of estate extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) and a grower of the historic ‘California Ripe Olive’ in the Lindsay area, formerly known as the ‘olive capital of the world’. Olivaia started in 2012 with the purchase of amature olive grove with many neglected trees over 100 years old, today known asBlock X because of its unique heirloom cultivars.
