This beautiful dried Mexican oregano has a slight citrus twist, and releases an intoxicating scent when crushed between your fingers. 

It can be toasted for a moment or two in a hot dry skillet to bring out the flavor even more. Use in salsas, sauces, grilled meats, and sprinkled liberally over a hot bowl of posole.
