This apricot fruit-infused vinegar perfectly preserves the flavors of this sweet, summer stone fruit. Apricot Vinegar is made with a base of organic apple cider vinegar (ACV) and has no added sugar. Pure in flavor, strong in taste, and full of good-for-your-gut probiotics, Sideyard Vinegars are alive, raw and bottled with the mother.

BACKSTORY

This summer growing season, we proudly sourced an abundance of second-crop apricots from our friend and farmer Patrick Cirone at Cirone Farms. While many of the smallholders and growers in our existing network of farm partners had a tough time with apricots this growing season, we were thrilled to cultivate a new connection and friendship with Patrick Cirone. As a second-generation farmer, Patrick applies the principles of regenerative agriculture and dry farming on his mixed fruit orchard on the Central Coast of California.

At Cirone Farms, second generation farmer Patrick Cirone practices regenerative agriculture and dry farming on his mixed fruit orchard.
